COUPONS CODES / PROMOTION & SALES TAX:
Coupons and Promotional Codes (percent or dollar amount) entered at checkout will provide a discount to the merchandise subtotal, and sales tax only (flat dollar discount only). Sales tax will only be calculated if the shipping address is located in the State of Utah. The Sales Tax Rate is 6.75%.

Please email us at hapariorders@hapari.com if you have any questions about your order, tracking numbers, refunds or exchanges. You can also contact our customer service agents during normal business hours. If you leave a message after hours, your call will be returned the next business day.
Exchanges are welcome within 30 Days. If you need to exchange any item for a new size, style, or color, you may exchange the unused, unworn, and unwashed item within 30 days of receipt. Proof of purchase or ORIGINAL sales receipt/packing slip is required. We can offer an exchange for a different size, style or color, OR for an online credit for the amount of the exchange. Hapari will exchange any item deemed defective (manufacturing defect) within 45 days of purchase when accompanied with original receipt. Hapari uses the finest quality materials available, however, we are not liable for any damage, or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear. This exchange policy applies to online purchases only. It does not apply to our retail store purchases. To exchange your item simply notate what you would like to exchange in the comments section of the packing slip, and send it to:

Please Note – In accordance with federal and state laws, many
other states are not allowed to accept returns on any type of swimwear.
We hope you love your purchase; however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund, less shipping costs and a $10.00 restocking fee (restocking fee does not apply to exchanges) based on the original form of payment.

Hapari International, LLC, in accordance with FEDERAL LAW, cannot accept returns for any worn swimwear.
Returned or exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, and will be inspected upon receipt. Any worn swimwear will be returned to the customer, and refunds/exchanges will not be granted.
