Return Policy
To Return an Item(s):
We hope you love your purchase; however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund, less shipping costs and a $10.00 restocking fee based on the original form of payment. Products ordered and then refused by a customer at their address will incur an automatic 30% restocking fee. To return an item, customer must call 1-866-525-SWIM(7946), or email returns@hapari.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The $10.00 restocking fee and shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any returns postmarked after 7 days of your receipt date and/or without a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.
Exchanges Welcome Within 30 Days:
If you are not satisfied with any of your Hapari
items you may exchange any unused, unworn, unwashed product within 30 days of receipt. Proof of purchase of ORIGINAL sales receipt/packing slip is
required. We can offer an exchange or store/online credit for the amount of the exchange. Regretfully, no credit card or cash refunds will be given after 7 days of receiveing your order.
Hapari will exchange any item deemed defective (manufacturing defective) within 45 days of purchase when accompanied with original receipt. Hapari
uses the finest quality material available, however, we are not liable for any damage or fading due to highly chlorinated pools & hot tubs, sand, dirt, or activities deemed as not normal wear and tear.
This return policy applies to online purchases only. It does not apply to home parties or store purchases.
Hapari, in accordance with
FEDERAL LAW,
cannot accept returns for any worn swimwear
. Returned/exchanged goods must be returned in original condition. Returns/exchanges are inspected upon receipt. Items may not have been washed or altered and all tags/liners must be in place. Items with snags, odors or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the package. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are non refundable.
