We hope you love your new items purchased from Hapari Swimwear! If your order is not quite right, we DO accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if the item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
RETURNS:
• You may send your merchandise back for a Return to the address listed above. We will process all funds back to your credit card, less shipping costs. We do not refund your original shipping cost. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks from when you send it back to us.

• To Return, please put your items in any shipping bag, or box you would like.
• You may use ANY shipping method when sending your merchandise back to the address above. You are responsible for the return postage.

• Most items have our original Hapari hangtags on them, but we are aware that some may not.
• You may return or exchange your swimwear at our retail store in Utah - only with your original receipt. Your refund will not be processed at the store. No money will be given. It will be returned to your original card within 30 business days. Items purchased from the store may not be returned to our warehouse.

HAPARI POLICIES:
Hapari will exchange any item deemed defective (manufacturing defect) within 45 days of purchase when accompanied with an original receipt. Hapari uses the finest quality materials available, however, we are not liable for any damage, or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear. The returns policy applies to online purchases only. It does not apply to retail store purchases. All retail store purchases are separate and MUST be taken to the store. * Please see below regarding the Federal Law disclaimer for any worn swimwear.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES:
We ship Monday – Friday, via United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive an email when your item is shipped with the tracking number. We do not ship on Federal Holidays. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. S
electing an expedited shipping method
does not speed up the fulfillment process, it is simply a shipping method. Once the order is shipped, your order will arrive to your destination in the time frame specified by the shipping method selected.
For example, you may place an order on Friday evening, and select USPS Express as your shipping method. Since most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, your roder would ship by the following Tuesday. This means you would receive your order on the following Wednesday.
PRICE CHANGES, DISCOUNTS, "ON SALE" ITEMS:
Free shipping promotions are for US shipping only. Canada and International Shipping excluded.
You may enter in only one discount code per order.
Hapari will offer a credit, for the difference in price of any merchandise that was purchased at a higher value if that merchandise is now on sale, or lower in price for up to seven (7) days from the original date of purchase. You must email hapariorders@hapari.com with your order # to request your credit. Refund credits will be processed in the next 30 business days.

Hapari International, LLC, in accordance with FEDERAL LAW, cannot accept returns for any worn swimwear. Returned or exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, and will be inspected upon receipt. Any worn swimwear will be returned to the customer, and refunds/exchanges will not be granted.
