We hope you love your new items from HAPARI. But if for some reason your order isn’t just right, we have a simple, no-hassle return policy. If the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment, return it to us for a refund. We do not accept returns if it has been more than 30 days since your order was shipped.
1) Sign in to your HAPARI.com account. (Enter the email address you used to place your order as your login name.)
2) Click the "Return Item(s)" button. (If you have placed multiple orders, you must locate the order number that contains the items you wish to return.)
3) Complete the e-Return Form and click "Submit."
4) Ship your unwanted item(s) along with the printed invoice you received with your order to the address below using your preferred shipping method (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON RETURNS**
• HAPARI accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment. If you checked out as a guest, you will have to request a password in order to complete your return.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to HAPARI. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
• HAPARI will process all refunds to your credit card, less shipping costs, within 1-2 weeks of receiving your returned item(s).
• Place your item(s) in any shipping box or bag (along with the printed invoice you received with your order) and return using your preferred shipping method.
• Most items that are returned have the original HAPARI tags attached. Your return will still be processed if the original hangtag is missing.
1) HAPARI uses a "return and reorder" process for exchanges. So if your order wasn’t quite what you expected and you would like to exchange it, you should treat your unwanted item as a return and follow the steps above.
2) Place a new order online for your replacement item.
3) During the check out process, enter “Reorder” with your previous order number in the comments field on the “Check Out” page. (e.g. Reorder 12345).
4) We will process a shipping refund on your new order. (Refund not valid for express or international shipping).
1) All in-store purchases are final and cannot be returned.
2) Our retail stores cannot accept returns of your online purchases. Items purchased online must be returned by shipping to the address above.
1) Refunds for returned merchancise are processed within one to two weeks.
2) If the item(s) you purchased go on sale within seven days of your purchase, HAPARI will provide one-time store credit upon request in the amount the price was reduced. Contact customer service at (866) 525-SWIM (7946) or email@example.com to request a store credit.
HAPARI will exchange any item deemed defective (due to a manufacturing defect) within 30 days of shipment when accompanied with an original receipt. HAPARI uses only the finest quality fabrics, however, we are not liable for any damage or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear.
If your product was damaged after the 30-day return time, HAPARI reserves the right to accept the damaged product under the following conditions:

HAPARI International, LLC, in accordance with FEDERAL LAW, cannot accept returns for any worn swimwear. Returned or exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, and will be inspected upon receipt. Any worn swimwear will be returned to the customer, and refunds/exchanges will not be processed.
