Island Life

The Bahamas are a string of Islands in the Atlantic Ocean East of Florida. These islands are home to sea creatures, tropical plants, and the clearest blue water you have ever seen, it was the perfect location for our Summer 2017 Swimwear Photoshoot.Wee stayed on an island that was the epitome of paradise with its private secluded beaches, colorful luxury beach houses, and boats ready to take us island hopping. We couldn’t wait to take photos on the swing chair infant of our rental and ride around on the bikes available for everyone on the island. Our bright pink print Daiquiri shined through the island greenery and produced some amazing shots! Daiquiri is one of our favorite prints from this new collection because it is eye catching, pairs with 3 of our staple bottom colors, and overall just makes you happy because it is so bright!

Swimming with Pigs… Really

If we told you that we swam with pigs, would you believe us? “Pig Island” is an island in The Bahamas that has become a tourist attraction over the years due to the swimming pigs that live there! Our boat pulled up to shore and were greeted by 15+ pigs and piglets running to come say hi to us. These pigs loved eating the fresh fruit and vegetables we brought for them and were nice enough to model for us. We styled our Jardin top with our best selling Navy Tummy Tuck bottoms for the perfect high waisted matched look. This has been one of our best sellers out of our new swimwear prints!

Meet you at the Sandbar

An amazing part of our trip was pulling our boat up to a sandbar in the middle of the ocean! The Bahamas tides change through out the day so it is common for a sandbar to pop up out of no where and then disappear an hour later. Our models were wearing our new swimwear print Safari which has bright red, turquoise, and white designs which stood out against the beach background. The models were wearing out Tank Tankini and Tank Midkini styles, both new styles from our swimwear line. These tops give off a very sporty feel and inspired our models to do yoga on the sandbar!

Take a BITE out of life

Have you ever swam with sharks? We can now say we have checked this off our bucket list! On a day trip around  we came across Compass Cay which had a marina full with nurse sharks! Nurse sharks are safe to swim with because they can’t open their mouths bite. There were lots of people swimming with them and we could not wait to get in! Although it is kind of intimidating in the beginning, once you jump in you realize that this is an amazing experience! Our model was wearing our Tank Midkini Top in our new black and white print, Bondi.
