Introducing the HAPARI FIT Program

hapari fit programHello HAPARI lovelies! We are so excited to tell you about the HAPARI FIT Program! Woohoo! This new program has been in the works for months, and we can’t wait to share all of the goodness with you. We know you’re going to love this new fitness initiative designed to connect and build up our community of women. The HAPARI FIT program will highlight fitness tips and workouts, inspirational posts, nutrition tips, and more. Our goal is to provide a fun and  informative place to inspire each other to stay active and healthy!

Meet the HAPARI FIT Ladies!

One of the best parts about this new program is the connection with other women, like you! We’ve teamed up with fitness professionals via Instagram to share their best healthy living advice, tips, and tricks. Like all of us in the HAPARI community, these women are mothers, full-time working professionals, wives, sisters, leaders, and more. Each week, we’ll introduce you to a few of our lovely HAPARI FIT ladies. Together, we’re creating a healthy fitness community to build each other up.

Meet this week’s HAPARI FIT ladies below!

Q: Tell us about you!

Amy: I’m a Yogi, triathlete, wife and mama of 3 beautifully wild children living in El Paso, Texas. I teach Hot Power Yoga and Yoga for Athletes, (working with football, baseball, and soccer teams, using yoga to complement their sport). I also love cooking and nutrition.

Q: Tell us about your current fitness routine.

Amy: My next big adventure is a 450 mile bike ride down the coast of California to help fight sex slavery of children through the organization O.U.R.  (Ride the Railroad 2016). My workout regimen varies. I’m always doing yoga but also run, cycle and lift.  There are hiking trails nearby and my family loves to hike and look at the six different plants that grow in west Texas ;). I’m currently co-hosting “Sweat for Haiti” this year, a fitness fundraiser raising money to educate kids in Haiti through Haitian Roots.

Q: Why are you excited to be a part of HAPARI Fit?

Amy: I love being a part of the HAPARI FIT program because it lifts and supports REAL women.  Literally, with the high neck sports bra (thank you!!!) and also supports women who are active, or want to be active, who want to feel beautiful, and wear functional gear that doesn’t need constantly tugged and pulled into the right places to hide our insecurities. It fits and flatters. I feel comfortable and empowered in HAPARI FIT.

Q: Tell us about you!
Jill: I’m a mom of 4, a personal trainer and certified fitness nutritionist, and I run a health and fitness Instagram account @jillkfitness.

Q: Tell us about your current fitness routine.

Jill: My focus for my workouts are mainly strength training and HIIT cardio, and I run monthly online challenges called FIT Blasts to help hundreds of women each month increase their strength and endurance and become more confident in their bodies.

Q: Why are you excited to be a part of HAPARI Fit?

Jill: I love the feel of the HAPARI leggings the best. They’re soft as butter, not see-through at all, and fit great!

Courtney: I’m a workin’ mama, wife, yoga instructor, BBG girl, and all around fitness lover!

Q: Tell us about what inspires you about fitness?

Courtney: I believe in living life finding happiness in the present while continually striving for your goals.

Q: Why are you excited to be a part of HAPARI Fit?

Courtney: I love the versatility of my HAPARI gear! I can wear it out, to the gym, to work, wherever and feel comfortable and cute! The cut of these leggings is perfect.
