January 12th, 2010We are so happy to announce the “swimsuits” are here. We have added new style to our swimsuit line this year… the “SOS”. Also the new Metro Tankini is here and lots of other fabulous prints.

Here are some tips to help you shave off some of those extra unwanted pounds…
~start off the day with a healthy breakfast & 2 glasses of water
~excersize at least 3x a week for 45 minutes
~have low carb/low sugar snacks available to eat at all times
~drink plenty of water
~ eat 3 meals a day each with a protein {meat/fish/chicken}, complex carb {brown rice, whole wheat noodles, etc.} & vegetable
~don’t eat after 7pm
