I usually wear a size 4 in some brand and a 6 in others. What size do you recommend I get in your sport tankini? Small or Medium?

Has anyone ever bought the tankinis that has mastectomy issues?? If so, how did they fit. Preferably a reply from a smaller busted women. I am awaiting an order and was curious if anyone out there had and input before I received them.
