Affiliate Policy

All affiliates must be based in the US, UK, Australia or Canada
operating under the jurisdiction of US law.  Access to legal recourse is a
requirement.  Affiliates must agree to use only search compliant
strategies in their promotions.  Any implementation that could harm the
traffic, rank, or reputataion of our site is forbidden, whether spelled
out specifically or not.

Affiliates may not use content directly taken from the site.  Content
will either be provided as a separate feed or affiliates can create
original content.  Content copied from the site can create redundancy
issues and/or cause the site to lose content authority.

Affiliates will not use techniques that exploit or impact our existing
search positions. This includes, but is not limited to, cloaking, use of
proxies, and automated queries to search engines.

Affiliates may not misrepresent our products or services in any manner,
including through inappropriate associations with the products or services
of other companies.

Optimizing for our products or services is of course permitted, but
affiliates may not directly compete in the search for our trademark by
optimizing websites for our trademark or copyrights.

Affiliates will use only legal, ethical and search compliant techniques
to garner traffic to our site.
